Pasty Food Truck

We have been voted the No.1 Food Truck in 417 Magazine in Springfield EVERY YEAR since we started being mobile in 2014. From ordering to payment to receiving your order, we are one of the fastest mobile food trucks in the region. The Pasty truck averages 60 seconds to serve a customer. While speed is important for long lines we are able to serve quickly without sacrificing the quality of our freshly baked pasties and delicious sides and desserts.

Fish & Chips Truck

Our Fish & Chip Food Truck has a beautifully simple menu. We hand batter 2 pieces of wild Alaskan Pollock and offer the highest quality beer battered chips (fries). We make our own dill tartar sauce and add a slice of fresh lemon. We also offer Shrimp and Chips and Mini Dessert Pasties (fried pies) with seasonal flavors that use British themes for inspiration (lemon curd, vanilla custard, mince, apple, cherry, strawberry rhubarb and pumpkin). We have malt vinegar available for a more traditional Fish and Chips!
